LawLogix Guardian is well suited for companies who want or need to keep digital I-9 records in a safe and convenient place. LawLogix Guardian also keeps you up to date on all compliance practices for the country or state that you're in, ensuring that you stay compliant to the best of your abilities. One scenario where LawLogix falters is a very specific scenario of hiring minors without a Driver's License. In certain states, items such as report cards can be used in lieu of certain identifying documents. However, there is no accommodation for that in the current I-9 form.

Prior platforms wouldn't allow custom expiry dates for uploaded certificates. Op Central allows us to adjust this based on when team memeber uploaded completed the relative course or noted expiry of their licence. Could have better function for custom fields that can be tailored to different roles/groups and by location. We have many team members who are not require to have certain documents uploaded they have the custom field shown on their profiles due to there not being any target options

• Easy formatting - allowing the screen to expand when creating a document
• Provide hardcopies of updfating documents that are not watermarked to be used if there were ever an issue with accessing the platform.

Ideagen Op Central is a very intuitive and functional program

Gusto is great but Equifax Workforce Solutions really helps us manage payroll, HR, benefits, and other employee needs much more seamlessly. We are so glad we made the transition to this platform as it helps keep us organized even more for all of our employee needs! It's been a great decision

Previously using World Manager, we would constantly have to flip between 3 different variations depending on brand. Ideagen Op Central now has everything built into one convenient location that is user friendly and easy to use.

• It has helped us digitize our I-9s, including for employees that have been with us for a long time.
• It helps us ensure compliance to the best of our abilities in case of any audits.
• It helps us find record in an organized fashion.
• It helps us verify employment at the beginning of a new hire's employment to avoid any issues down the line.
