Overall Satisfaction with Equifax Workforce Solutions

LawLogix Guardian is used for new hires to fill out their I-9 forms. It is also key in compliance for our organization, with the ability to verify the employment status of our employees as well as being able to retain any past or current I-9s for as long as we need to or have to.

LawLogix Guardian is well suited for companies who want or need to keep digital I-9 records in a safe and convenient place. LawLogix Guardian also keeps you up to date on all compliance practices for the country or state that you're in, ensuring that you stay compliant to the best of your abilities. One scenario where LawLogix falters is a very specific scenario of hiring minors without a Driver's License. In certain states, items such as report cards can be used in lieu of certain identifying documents. However, there is no accommodation for that in the current I-9 form.
