EstimateOne vs. Manatal

EstimateOne is well suited for subcontractors or builders alike to streamline the process of tendering on projects. It is a fantastic platform for anyone really, whether you are starting your business and need to build a client base or have an already established business and want to find more projects to tender on. It can be difficult at times to know where you stand after submitting a price, a strong follow up process or CRM is something you should consider before using the platform to keep track of key contacts and jobs you have priced.

Storage of applicants data for tracking their profiles for relevant openings through metadata tagging, interview management and job listing locations scouting and best ways to post them are a few scenarios where we found that Manatal is suited very well.

• Document access to projects on tender.
• Easy access to tenders and all commercial projects and their status.
• Good communication details with estimators.

• ATS and CRM are all in one app.
• Automated handling of duplicate candidates.
• Job board postings on LinkedIn can be done automatically.
• It's very simple to use.
• Career page with the ability to be customized.
• There are too many good things about this to list here.

EstimateOne is easy to use, the user interface is designed to be simple yet functional - many other platforms I have used are much more cumbersome to navigate and don't offer as much functionality. Everything has been thought out well with EstimateOne - it seems to have been designed by people who have worked in the industry.

First of all, there is an hands on live training after you submit your interest form. The account manager for you will explain in language of choice (in our case: Thai). Then, there is an ongoing support and online repository for how to guielines. And all the guidance materials are described in graphics so it's pretty easy to learn. But yeah, the first video live training, you need to focus 100% to get the most in the shortest time!

Abby Tuong is an incredible employee who is EstimateOne. Her proactiveness, willingness to listen and help, and customer focus is second to none. With that level of support, it is no wonder EstimateOne has such rave reviews and is clearly the choice in the market.

They are very helpful and reply within a couple of minutes.

I think EstimateOne may have a broader database (not sure); but certainly I feel it is very thorough in the searchability for suitable projects

Manatal fits best when it comes to job requisition and candidate management, though platforms like ZipRecruiter are used widely in the industry, Manatal still has some features which make it an outstanding system like resume parsing to find the apt skill set of candidates for matching them with the job.

• We are hoping for a positive impact and positive ROI since Covid-19 has effectively stopped our personal engagement opportunities with builders and architects

• reduced time to track applicants in the market as well as in our system
• helped in better profile screening and matching them for openings with required skillset
• Manatal directs us to better scheduling methods and dates based on best time of our interviewers availability
• ease of job posting for our employees for vacancies in their teams
