Eventdex vs. Hubilo

My overall experience with this business matchmaking app was amazing, I will definitely keep using it.

I believe for the first time user with a small group of people setting up an event, [the Hubilo] platform and the support you receive from their team is wonderful. We really had 3 people doing most of the set up and had we not had our own self-imposed short period of time, would have found it very easy. Even with a short turn around from the time we signed the contract to the time we went live (1 week), we felt very happy with the end product.

• Training: Eventdex always has training sessions to explain how to use the platforms
• Eventdex Platform is very easy to understand and use
• Registration participants like it
• Organized: Eventdex helps keep complicated events and details organized in one system

• The entire virtual platform is very user friendly on both the front and back ends.
• The opportunity for attendees to connect with each other via video chat using the Lounges made for good interaction.
• The support staff at Hubilo were always there to answer questions and assist when needed.

• Data reporting must be improved. It's quite unknowing.
• Too many customizable options.

• The video quality gets terrible on low internet connectivity
• The UI could be better
• Other minor lag and bugs on the platform

As I mentioned before, good content overall. Gets very laggy and buggy at times. Several issues with limited or low internet connectivity, can get almost unbearable at times. Could do a lot better with its UI and QnA functionality. Good content overall and great people to learn and seek guidance from

It's the easiest way to initiate conversation amongst attendees and bring them out of their shells. Designed to connect people at events.

Hubilo offered greater customization features and more AI-tools for post-event content creation. Their platform was designed to build communities before and during events with great engagement and networking features for all attendees. Other platforms we explored were rigid and cookie-cutter. We liked Hubilo's long list of things to customize to build great 1-day or multi-day online events. Hubilo was extremely budget-friendly :-)
