Overall Satisfaction with Hubilo
We used Hubilo for our annual conference of members within our professional organization in lieu of an in-person event. It was our first time doing an virtual conference. It was also a very quick turn-around from when we decided to hold the virtual event until the actual event date (aprox 120 days). We needed not only a platform that was easy to use for our attendees but for those setting it up.
- Very great customer support from end to end, including during the event.
- Pricing is straight forward and very good value.
- End users found the platform easy to navigate and engage with.
- At the time, not all sessions had the option to record....I believe they have addressed.
- At the time, connecting registration to platform login seemed a bit unwieldy...but I believe they have addressed.
- Easy of navigation on platform for end user.

In all ways, Hubilo was a better value for our organization in features, cost per attendee, and support provided. Launching the platform, personalization and set up for events seemed easier than demonstrations of other products with more customization (at no extra costs) and user experience seemed similar if not better in some areas than the higher priced alternatives.
