We have been using Hubilo for all the digital events such as Webinars, our flagship events known as Real Time Engagement (RTE) Summit. The main objectives of these event are to promote thought leadership content, enhance audience engagement, and increase attendance rate which will eventually lead to more qualified marketing leads and opportunities. We wanted a platform that provide seamless experience during the live event, have integration with Salesforce/Marketo, have lots of engaging features such as polls, quizzes, raise hand, and more. Hubilo offers outstanding value. It is a great AI-powered webinar/conference platform. We were looking for a new solution that provided quick integration and great engagement tools during live events. After hosted several events on Hubilo, I am very pleased with their quality and customer support. We also greatly enhanced our post-event activities with their auto-generated Content Hub, which allowed us to quickly produce blogs, video snippets, transcripts and social posts.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Last year we organized a hybrid event for the first time, and while searching for a software solution we came across Hubilo. The project was a complete success, so we also tested whether we should use the software for webinars in general. We have now made the decision to cancel our “old” webinar software and switch to Hubilo globally. The tool offers us great tracking options and has excellent integration with HubSpot, our sales and marketing CRM.

Great platform for engaging and user-friendly webinars

We use Hubilo as a webinar platform within our Marketing team. We were looking for something that was user friendly, offered branding capabilities and could be utilised not only within the Marketing team, but also throughout the business. Having a way to integrate with the CRM was also important here and Hubilo has hit the mark on all fronts. We've been able to track sign ups, we're looking at CRM integration, and the experience has been miles better for not only us as the organisers but also for the attendees.
