Eventdex vs. Ticket Tailor

My overall experience with this business matchmaking app was amazing, I will definitely keep using it.

If you want to quickly and easily sell tickets to an event without a lot of hassle or absurd fees, this is a great platform. I'm not sure this would work well for complex, multi-tiered ticket sales for events that have thousands of tickets.

• Training: Eventdex always has training sessions to explain how to use the platforms
• Eventdex Platform is very easy to understand and use
• Registration participants like it
• Organized: Eventdex helps keep complicated events and details organized in one system

• Affordable.
• Allows multiple discount codes and multiple price levels.
• Excellent customer service.
• WordPress plug-in that worked flawlessly.

• Data reporting must be improved. It's quite unknowing.
• Too many customizable options.

• Online knowledge base could be expanded. I had questions that were not included in the FAQs - but were quickly answered via chat.

Customer support representatives were amazingly responsive to questions. We received replies even outside of their stated available hours. They always understood the question/issue immediately and were very thorough and specific in their explanations and step-by-step instructions. Ticket Tailor customer support is among the best I have seen in any industry. Quick, smart, and always helpful.

It's the easiest way to initiate conversation amongst attendees and bring them out of their shells. Designed to connect people at events.

Ticket Tailor is much more flexible at a much lower price point than Eventbrite. It was, by far, the most practical and affordable solution. The same functionality with Eventbrite would have required the more expensive "professional" price level which was prohibitively expensive for our small company, especially in its early stages.
