Chose EventMobi
There are quite a few interesting option such as :- 1) easy to use on both ends (user and organizer. 2) Attendees are able to use one platform for everything onsite - viewing the agenda & presentations.
We've reviewed multiple apps, and chose EventMobi because we are able to build the app by ourselves using the templates they provide. We also liked that it could be used on any type of device both online and off.
We really do not have any other experience with other apps. We like that Eventmobi is easy to use for both us and our clients. We can add attendee names with their picture and contact information manually or import them. We can add speakers, agenda, pdf hand-outs, hotel …
Pheedloop tends to be an answer to most of our virtual event needs, from tradeshows to shorter webinars. The one area that I find Pheedloop to be less of an option is when we need attendees to use mobile devises and we are not using the native meet and stream for streaming, as integrations for streaming don't translate to the app.
There are quite a few interesting option such as :- 1) easy to use on both ends (user and organizer. 2) Attendees are able to use one platform for everything onsite - viewing the agenda & presentations. 3) live polling, Q&A, and session evaluations etc. 4) Empower attendees & sponsors to connect, book appointments, chat and meet 1:1 or in groups, in-person or online with built-in video meetings.
We had an over 83% user adoption in the first year of use. Our exhibitors have reached a greater number of attendees and we've been able to engage students in ways that we haven't been able to in the past.
The mobile app, paired with a greatly scaled down version of the paper program have cut our program budget in half and we are able to provide much more timely and accurate information to attendees.
