EventMobi vs. PheedLoop

EventMobi has helped our organisation to conduct virtual conferences during the pandemic. It has also helped us to include all the information and reduce our costs on printing and boarding. Instant updates and messages can be sent. Also, regular updates and better customer service have really helped us to do the business in an easy way. You get some insights on Event Technology, Session Feedback, Survey, Email Marketing, Attendee Networking people. Where this has lacked - If we were being given an option to add in our own custom fields within the agenda/session descriptions.

Pheedloop tends to be an answer to most of our virtual event needs, from tradeshows to shorter webinars. The one area that I find Pheedloop to be less of an option is when we need attendees to use mobile devises and we are not using the native meet and stream for streaming, as integrations for streaming don't translate to the app.

We really do not have any other experience with other apps. We like that Eventmobi is easy to use for both us and our clients. We can add attendee names with their picture and contact information manually or import them. We can add speakers, agenda, pdf hand-outs, hotel information, etc., easily.

• PheedLoop is great with customizations
• Ease of use for both administrators and users
• Ability to duplicate the sessions and exhibit area is key for clients running multiple session types and with poster sessions
• Integration with Syncwords is amazing and seamless
• Integration with Pure Chat helps manage attendees

• No need to be physically present at the event. This helps in reducing Travel time & other expenses.
• The focused approach so one can watch the recorded session and deploy more time to understand better.
• Track attendee, and one can engage and real time action is possible from a single dashboard.
