Eventsforce vs. OpenWater

An event which consist of collecting attendees details to post event analysis can use this product. If you are organizing both public and private events, eventsforce will be great solution. Eventsforce is also a great solution for big events that consist of different sessions that need different registrations, volunteers etc. It is a great solution considering the time it could save in event planning.

This software is highly recommended to all schools, institutions and companies that carry out contests and awards, as it will speed up the selection, evaluation, awards and rewards tasks. It allows the entire contest to be done digitally, saving a lot of time and costs.

• We are a small scale user of this product, so we haven't faced any problems with eventsforce.
• Every basic things needed for organizing an event is available in Eventsforce, so our company is happy with it as of now.

• The reporting capabilities can be improved to make analysis easier.
• Customization is a bit difficult and requires help from OpenWater support and the solution team.
• From an administration point of view, the interface and navigation can be simplified.

We haven't used any other similar products other than Eventsforce. Eventsforce was all we need for our requirement.
