Information Server is extremely useful to replace manual developments that require a lot of coding effort. It significantly increases the productivity of the initial development and the future maintenance of the processes since it has a visual development environment with self-documentation.

• Integrates extremely well with client's SIEM environment
• Secure Data transfer / bidirectional
• Syslog capabilities which helps us to parse the logs well enough
• Less time / Fast

• IIS best for ETL ,not ELT , and many and diffrent source systems.
• It also can process big data , unstuctured data
• It is not only DWH , you can use infosphere for analys and see the bigger architecture of your OLTP systems

• I wonder if we can think of integrating it with Firewall Rule Management solutions like Tufin, not sure if API supports or not.
• Custom Reporting capabilities tailored for CISO/GISO level client folks
• Automation /ease of custom scripting - assistance from Forcepoint support for the same

• I would be nice to have a new web development environment for DataStage.
• Connectivity Packs such as Pack for SAP Application are a little pricey.
• It is confusing for new developers the possibility of developing jobs using different execution engines such as Parallel or Server.

1) Good satisfactory overall support 2) Relatively straight forward installation 3) Data Security 4) Cloud support which is big plus / multi cloud as well. Most of the clients are also very intelligent since they refer Gartner and other reports for statistical data. They do their homework well in advance hence we have to make sure we know the product well

DataStage is more robust and stable than ODI The ability to perform complex transformations or implement business rules is much more developed in DS

• Since we are from cyber security, we are engaged in a multi-year relationship with clients that are interested in deploying ForcePoint.
• We have been strong pipeline in our current PoVs for European clients that are interested in this solution. They just want extended support to deploy it end-to-end
• Less costly training mandates, good training material available on the net
