ezTalks vs. TelebuJoin

Earlier I was using Skype, but then my colleagues started using it; I found it pretty impressive with all its features which include high video, and audio quality, the ability to share screen or whiteboard and send instant messages. I'm a Team Lead at Cynet Systems and managing a team of 8. EZ Talks made work quite easy to connect to my team members.

TelebuJoin is a good competitor in the market with other software like Teams, Google Meet, Cisco Webex. TelebuJoin has some good features like hand raising, Live chat, Screen sharing, file sharing, Participate permission. This has an easy interface but it needs improvement in the video quality and sound quality. In some cases I also found that it requires perfect internet strength.

TelebuJoin is a good product but in some of the cases it does not fulfill the expectations of the user, what does a user need from any software? they need good pricing, good quality and interface. TelebuJoin has a good interface but quality-wise it is having a problem. As earlier mentioned that this having Video and Audio quality is not good.

Technical support is really helpful; they'd resolve your queries in no time, unlike other tools. It also runs smoother than other tools which are mentioned above and give's you the best experience connecting to your fellow workers.
