ezTalks vs. West Collaboration (discontinued)

Earlier I was using Skype, but then my colleagues started using it; I found it pretty impressive with all its features which include high video, and audio quality, the ability to share screen or whiteboard and send instant messages. I'm a Team Lead at Cynet Systems and managing a team of 8. EZ Talks made work quite easy to connect to my team members.

It is a great choice if someone wants to add a large number of participants and have a large team. I have been using it and haven’t found it ruining the quality of video because of participants. Furthermore, My team found it easy to join the link . Something that bothers me is that it doesn’t work well with a weak internet connection and this is troublesome for us.

• It requires a profoundly strong internet connection or else it stops working.
• It is buggy.
• There should be an update on it.

It offers features to improve the call, like file-sharing, meeting preparation tools, multichannel communication, and communication management, which helps you get great service in online meetings without any problem. Technical support is really helpful; they'd resolve your queries in no time, unlike other tools. It also runs smoother than other tools which are mentioned above and give's you the best experience connecting to your fellow workers.

I was not satisfied with the quality of video Zoom used to provide us. Furthermore, my team didn’t find the Zoom link easy to join and above all creating link for the meeting was very hard and tricky in Zoom which is easy in Hoot and Hoot works well even with a large number of participants, and my teammates find it easy.
