It will typically require someone who is already well-versed in the software to teach the other employees in the clinic.

In RxWorks and Clinic-ware, only one user can access a record at any particular time. RxWorks has very inefficient and over-complicated menu that requires many clicks to navigate. They do not have a tab feature to allow users to juggle a few cases at a time, which is quite common in clinical practice. They have very limited custom templates. The visual layout of the software is relatively poor.
