Likelihood to Recommend	Facton FACTON ECP works really well with the business issues that need solutions in one area of the business. It needs to be clear, and concise and has easy access and integration into systems. FACTON ECP does this well and has been a real benefit to a business. Where it doesn’t necessarily need to be implanted into the business is where there is similar software available. Alternatives Considered	Facton In my option FACTON ECP suite stacks up very well against its competitors. It has an excellent reputation and a good set of people working there. The technology works well and the integration is ok but could be improved. They are a bright and lively company and have great potential in this area.
