It is a great tool for making short, informal recordings that I can share with prospects. I also have offsite support people, so sending them a quick video if I’m stuck on something or I need their help and they have misinterpreted my request is also where this is a useful tool. Then, if I need to edit the video later, switching to Camtasia is seamless and straightforward, which is a huge bonus for simplicity and speed. (Having said that, if I have a larger or more enduring piece of content to create, I will usually start in Camtasia from the outset, but I have had times I’ve needed to tweak something in a quick capture vid, so I’ve been glad for the ease of this.)

Records the screen of your computer perfectly. This is great if you are an architect because you can show on a video how you make your renderings and plans with Autocad, chief architect premier, Adobe photoshop or even revit.
You can cut videos perfectly and add music to them easily.
You can use several predesigned themes to create any video you desire.
You can add as much text as you want to your videos
There are several filters you can use to improve the images on the recordings.

I’m used to it so can’t say I experience a huge amount of issues…
I’d always welcome small workflow improvements that might reduce clicks and essentially make it faster to move from recording to sharing - I really value speed in my workday.
Being able to organize recordings better and having a few more productivity shortcuts might be beneficial; I notice this on days with heavier content creation.

So, even if you are not shooting any videos on your own, you can create highly engaging explainer videos, demo videos, or any kind of information videos. Filmora is powerfully useful to content creators, video editors, podcasters, or even for enthusiasts!

I'm giving this a ten because I haven't needed the support in any way, however, I've gotten correspondence from them letting me know that they are available if needed. I've seen reviews saying the support is lacking but those were years ago. I'm assuming they've figured everything out by now.

Filmora is easy enough to use after you get started. There are other programs with more functions but that depends on what you need it for. Just for cutting and small editing Filmora is really great and useful. Movavi has more functions, or at least it felt like it but therefore is more complicated to use.
