FinFit vs. Tapcheck

Great financial support when their services
are needed, lower interest rates and quick loans for when it is an emergency Not suitable when you do not know how to manage your finances and you exceed your loans

Tapcheck allows our Care Pros to access their money between paychecks. This makes them happier, and more likely to stay w us. It gives us a chance to track care pro usage of the tool on the back end, to see uptake.

• Support led by the FinFit team
• Savings programs from the payroll to maintain economic stability
• Economic protection when needed

• Access to earned wages.
• Intergration w our payroll system - WellSky/Evolution/PayPlus.
• Back end tracking to see uptake, and usage.

• They have been fabulous and they have not left me alone when I need them, they have always been a great ally

• Further integration - so that new Care Pros are automatically pulled into the system. Constant uploads are definitely a pain point in keeping the system up to date - not to mention our Tapcheck rep bugs me about it (which is OK - but who wants to be bugged by a vendor to do another task?)
• Better reporting to the Care Pros - so they can see their usage, and the fees they incurred.

The financial advice that FinFit provides has
helped me improve my way of spending my money by having a more professional
organization with expenses, debts and savings. They are undoubtedly specialists
in building a better financial education to have smarter decisions when
spending. Their credit or loan services are fabulous because it is a small
process and in a matter of hours the money is in the account

Tapcheck provides great support, and is easy to use. There are other tools but they're not integrated w our Payroll system.

• Employees with savings to meet their needs when they need them and loans that are easier to obtain in case of any emergency is the positive thing

• Happier Care Pros
• Easy to implement immediately
• Good tracking tools on the back end.
