FingerCheck vs. ProWorkflow

Its good for a company that wants employees to see their available PTO and request it themselves. it's easy for each employee to clock in and out. The supervisors can have access to all their employees and see who is working at any given moment. It's a pretty good system.

It's well suited to make understand team on day to day tasks. Manager can see the performance of the team and can assign task based on availability. Our team now works in more collaboration then earlier, this is the strength of the ProWorkflow. Emailing and templates tools are very basic and having room for improvement.

• Automatic email reports
• Integrates very well with payroll system
• Extremely well in working out employee benefit accruals

• Makes it easy to find and organize projects.
• Makes it easy to separate sub-tasks within projects.

• It can be hard to tell when the last time your PTO was updated.
• If you forget to clock in - you need a supervisor to approve your request.

• Its bit complex, user interface should be bit user friendly
• Mobile Apps navigations to switch from one task to another task is not smooth
• I think it should have more automation for the tasks

• Increased employee efficiency.

• Team is working with more collaboration hence effective use of manpower.
• Managers can see the performance thru ProWorkflow and can assign them tasks, resulting effective manpower utilization.
• Overall ProWorkflow is well suited for the small or start-up organisation
