This application is well suited for any organization, or area processing large volumes of payments. We utilize it to assist with the processing of lockbox, and loan payments.

They are a great solution for any company using NetSuite's ERP platform as it is a direct integration into the software platform. They are able to accept all major credit card providers and their rates seem to be in line with the industry. As a small business, we do not have an account rep which does leave us feeling unimportant.

Perhaps they treat larger clients better, but we do not have an account rep and the only time we interact is when we have a problem or reach out to them.

• The application has assisted with eliminating the need for over half of our payments received to be processed manaully..
• The application has also assisted with eliminating wasted costs on paper and mailing resources.
