Fleet Complete vs. Logility

Fleet Complete is a great software with a great build. I would just like to see them update some of the features. The desktop version is a big item that really could use an update. They also need to set up an alert system that will notify you when a tracker stops working. Other than that, it is an easy to use system. The trackers are easy to install and there are numerous reports that you are able to pull on demand. Great for IFTA tracking!

How well the system is going to match with the company's business.

• Can go down to the very detailed level to manage forecast.
• Easy to maintain and control .
• User friendly.

• Desktop version is very outdated. Needs to be created to work with Macs as well.
• The trackers will stop working without notifying you. Would be nice if there was an alert when they were getting low or not reporting.

• Product profile for different seasons without adding another module.
• Eliminate manual work.

Need more time to prove that the system really helps the company.

Sometimes it can take days to get through to support. It is also an inconvenience when you have to get a device replaced. First you have to call them to troubleshoot the device. Then they have to create the order, which then takes about another month to get to you. This leaves you with over a month without a working device. They do not credit you for this downtime either.

Fleet Complete works ten times better than Teletrac did. We utilized Teletrac for 3 years, and for a good two of those years, half of our devices would not work. It was a nightmare to try to get them replaced also.

I didn't make the decision to select Logility.

• Peace of mind when it comes to hanging assets.
• We have saved a lot of time when trying to calculate IFTA each quarter.
