Zscaler Workload Communications (replacing the former Zscaler Cloud Protection) delivers an approach that aims to take the operational complexity and headaches out of cloud workload security. The Zscaler zero trust architecture reduces business risk by automatically remediating security gaps, minimizing the attack surface, and eliminating lateral threat movement.
It is appropriate for medium to large-scale enterprises, especially the ones that have remote employees. The live-monitoring feature is extremely useful in this case. However, the implementation and initial processing are headache-inducing so you definitely need a dedicated IT team. Be warned though, that not only is their interface quite complex, their customer service is also extremely unhelpful so you won't be able to implement this or tackle any issues without a skilled team. But if that isn't an issue, this is definitely worth a try!

Zscaler Zero Trust Cloud is especially useful for connecting to remote devices worldwide. Zscaler policies block unwanted use of device access. Policies suit individual, group, and organizational settings. One thing Zscaler must improve is AI access and AI sessions. Policies for sessions would be much appreciated.

Overall, I like Zscaler Zero Trust Cloud as it provides a very good user experience both on the Ui and functional level, it is not complicated for beginners as well. After switching from Citrix to Zscaler, the login process has been simplified and less time-consuming.

Even if I sometimes hate the reverifying and asking for MFA by Zscaler, but it actually ensures the security of the workspace and that is appreciable. other than that, the secure fast access is commendable. It increases the productivity and decreases the risk especially when used for the cloud access or remote access devices.

The interface of both the softwares is complex, but Forcepoint is certainly more complicated. But once you get past that, it is quite smooth and offers a lot of amazing features. It is one of the best options for remote security, although I would love to see more features - like encryption. The one place where it truly lacks is customer service, and since it has such an intricate implementation procedure, this one carries a lot of weight and needs to be improved to make this software even more accessible.

The most important reason was time consumption, actually more important reason was I think it was discontinued, but after using Zscaler, accessing got really seamless, earlier it was quite hectic, I remember wiating 5-10mins to be able to access to remote resources

We are working on strategies to understand what to do with the information that CASB gave to us, it would be good if Forcepoint gives us a few key points but they haven't.
