Formstack Documents vs. PDFLiner

[Formstack Documents (formerly WebMerge) is] well suited for a mid-size organization that has multiple data inputs and needs to provide structure and professional document generation. As helpful as it is, the cost would prevent smaller businesses from realizing the cost savings that a larger one will.

It's possible to save money, time, and paper with PDFLiner. In addition to
those in the legal and scientific sectors, this includes those in accounting,
human resources, and education. PDFLiner makes it simple to save your most
frequently used templates. Upload them whenever you need them, make any
necessary edits, and email them straight away!

• Signing documents for myself and my employer has never been easier.
• For me, the simplicity of not having to use sophisticated tools to customize forms for certain situations is appealing.
• It's easy to use and doesn't necessitate a strong Internet connection to make use of this program.

• We've had some issues with document formatting when the Formstack document comes through. Nothing outrageous, but it has been very inconvenient and annoying.
• The Formstack website is not attractive or user friendly.
• I think it could be clearer to Formstack users that it is a tool that needs another tool, not a tool all its own.

• There is no mobile app for PDFLiner which I think is a major drawback of this tool.
• Though the tool is straightforward we find it complex when we need to search for a specific form in it.
• Editing text is fine with this tool but I think there is a limitation of styling the text when editing any document.

Ease of use, nice functionality that saves time

Our department uses PDFLiner to modify PDF format contracts and other documents before sending them to our consumers for e-signing. Not only that, but this program allows access to the templates of over 30 million different sorts of writable agreements, saving us a lot of time and effort.

Each of the programs above answered a specific call to action. While each addressed a small portion of our need, they never quite fit the bill for what we needed. It was actually a representative from three of the ones above which selected WebMerge. They wanted to sell their product, but knew that we would be unfulfilled if we went with them

Everyone in my department uses PDFLiner. Everything we need
to get the work done is included in this team strategy. Allows us to streamline
our operations and ensure that everyone is using the same tools. If I had to
make a choice, I would go with this over more "advanced" options.

• The return on investment has been very good. It's very cost effective product. Our service team is on the phone and it takes away from the customer service if they are having to input the same information on applications. Web Merge eliminates additional key strokes while giving customers more time to run their business.

• Your PDFs can be changed quickly and easily. You have the option to include signatures and images, as well as to censor any information you don't want others to see.
• By being able to digitally sign your paperwork on the go, you may significantly speed up the closing process.
• Using PDFLiner is a great and simple way to work with PDF files.
