• Collecting customer data and keeping it clean and organized
• I can send forms to the candidates so that they can easily review the documents
• The forms are easily embedded in websites, allowing us to utilize formstack for our various seasonal programs.

• Signing documents for myself and my employer has never been easier.
• For me, the simplicity of not having to use sophisticated tools to customize forms for certain situations is appealing.
• It's easy to use and doesn't necessitate a strong Internet connection to make use of this program.

• mastering the more advanced features of Formstack, especially those related to complex form configurations and workflow automation, can be challenging.
• we need a broader range of pre-built templates within Formstack
• Improvements in the mobile app experience, such as a more intuitive design and additional features comparable to the web version, would enhance the usability of Formstack

• There is no mobile app for PDFLiner which I think is a major drawback of this tool.
• Though the tool is straightforward we find it complex when we need to search for a specific form in it.
• Editing text is fine with this tool but I think there is a limitation of styling the text when editing any document.

Our department uses PDFLiner to modify PDF format contracts and other documents before sending them to our consumers for e-signing. Not only that, but this program allows access to the templates of over 30 million different sorts of writable agreements, saving us a lot of time and effort.

Formstack has a lot of work to do to get up to Jotform standards. Jotform has more payment integration options which is a HUGE selling factor for us as far as which program to choose. They also offer more discounts for non-profits which we work with often. Formstack has some pros but Jotform is more elaborate

Everyone in my department uses PDFLiner. Everything we need
to get the work done is included in this team strategy. Allows us to streamline
our operations and ensure that everyone is using the same tools. If I had to
make a choice, I would go with this over more "advanced" options.

• Your PDFs can be changed quickly and easily. You have the option to include signatures and images, as well as to censor any information you don't want others to see.
• By being able to digitally sign your paperwork on the go, you may significantly speed up the closing process.
• Using PDFLiner is a great and simple way to work with PDF files.
