Formstack Sign vs. PDF Sign&Seal

I like how fast the process is to send and receive my signed and completed paperwork. Certain companies that I do business with require a "wet signature" so it cannot be used every single time in my business

PDF Sign&Seal is perfect if you have documents that need to be signed electronically. It may not be an excellent choice if you work off a mobile device or are on the road a majority of the time as there are better app alternatives that do a similar job signing docs electronically for you.

• Exceptionally easy to use
• Intuitive - even users who aren't familiar with electronic signing have, with rare exception, had no difficulty using InsureSign

• I'd like to see a stronger mobile interface or app
• Collaboration type of sharing would be welcome
• Integration with a Wacom bamboo type of tablet for signing

Better functionality at a much more acceptable price. With Formstack, if we have issues (very rare) we can actually get a hold of someone - not so much with DocuSign.

PDF Sign&Seal is very intuitive and does not have a crazy high learning curve. Even a high-level exec who isn't computer savvy can use it without much difficulty. This is why we chose this software ultimately to help expedite getting signatures needed for vendor contracts passed through the right hands in quicker.

• I've used Insuresign just 15 times in the last 30 days and saved 150 pages of paper and ink. I've also saved countless hours faxing, emailing , mailing and waiting and trying to get the client to sign and return the paperwork.

• Saved time reducing extra work, scanning, and emailing
• Reduces time needed to get signatures from other parties
• Cost of software was recuperated in a short amount of time
