Does not have employee facing portal where employee can update info. Does not have part to do onboarding, hr, etc. Payroll is wonderful and more efficient. Pulling reports is amazingly easy. Building reports is easy

Planergy is a great tool for those who make purchasing decisions and need to actually purchase parts, supplies, tools, etc from vendors. I typically use it daily, and sometimes multiple times per day. I find that I sometimes have to bypass it if I need to make an immediate purchase and do not have the time to wait for P.O. approvals, but that is not the fault of this software.

It was decent to implement. It's been pretty easy at training others. Really easy to connect to their computers

Support is usually pretty great. Most of the time return calls to tickets logged are fairly quick. Most everyone is knowledgeable and helpful

Personally,
I did not have a hand in deciding the software, but for our company is has not
led to increased productivity or made things easier. It has been more difficult
for payroll to be inputted correctly and the payroll reports for certified
payroll often come out incorrect and we need to manually figure out how to correct
the issues and get them in correctly
