The software's ability to quickly tag & prioritize tickets as per project's infrastructure & current stage of development is one of the best feature a client or an organization can use. Post closure of tickets - the summary presented has too much information on the same page, if that can be cleaned up as per client's requirements, it'll be much more helpful

If you're trying to point a domain name to a new home to stay, EasyRedir probably isn't the solution for you - you should have your hosting company handle that. But if you're looking to swap out the link the domain points to on a fairly regular basis, this service is the perfect solution.

• Sometimes the Twitter links hosting the parent URL show old data from the previous links that EasyRedir pointed to, but I'm not sure if this is something EasyRedir is responsible for.
• Their manager used to be super simple. It's updated and more modern now, but I think I liked the simpler version better.

We found this service at just the right time when we needed it and it was perfect for us. It's consistent and reliable and I can't imagine not using it. We use it every day.
