FreJun vs. Gleam

As an HR professional, I have to handle multiple calls a day. Using a phone continuously was something I was tired of, so with the help of FreJun Browser, calling made my work much easier and more efficient. Due to the browser calling and the click-to-call feature, I would rate it 9 out of 10.

If you host giveaways regularly, Gleam is an easy solution and way to capture emails, entries and enhance your social media presence.

• Nothing as such.

• For some channels users have to manually do the tasks.
• Free tier needs more customization.
• Sign up form builder is lacking.

It is user friendly application. And also if I miss the call and I was on break so it send the email notification as well so I get to know someone trying to connect with me

Their support is fine. I remember the one time promising an upcoming feature that I don't think ever got implemented, but it wasn't a huge deal. I haven't had a lot of interaction with their support team.

Click to call feature, bulk dialing, call recording feature.

Gleam is much better than Woobox, even though the latter have better pricing tiers.
