FreJun vs. LeonardoMD (Discontinued)

As an HR professional, I have to handle multiple calls a day. Using a phone continuously was something I was tired of, so with the help of FreJun Browser, calling made my work much easier and more efficient. Due to the browser calling and the click-to-call feature, I would rate it 9 out of 10.

I would not tell my Real Estate client about this but as we know it is called LeonardoMD for a reason. I did a demo on a product a year back that offers way more automated emailing reminders for patients and I think that LeonardoMD would improve if it could offer emails and texts that could auto send reminders to patients for the appointments.

It is user friendly application. And also if I miss the call and I was on break so it send the email notification as well so I get to know someone trying to connect with me

It does exactly what the medical practice I was working with needed.

Click to call feature, bulk dialing, call recording feature.

I normally would use Leonardo with ACT now Sage I think. The reason for the 2 used together is the lack of email automated systems that Leo did not have. I am not sure if they have it now. But it is nice to have detailed notes and user fields that can be edited like Sage (ACT) allows. It was also nice to have the counselor able send emails and the ACT software keep track of the email in the history section
