FreJun vs. ShortStack

As an HR professional, I have to handle multiple calls a day. Using a phone continuously was something I was tired of, so with the help of FreJun Browser, calling made my work much easier and more efficient. Due to the browser calling and the click-to-call feature, I would rate it 9 out of 10.

I love ShortStack's customer support. For the most part, they are available immediately through chat and respond to email inquiries within a very reasonable timeframe. As a longtime customer, they have accommodated my needs. Their platform is set up for all users - whether you are not very tech-savvy or an IT person, you can find ways to utilize your skills.

• Nothing as such.

• No API integration for email collection in real-time to major ESPs such as Responsys.

It is user friendly application. And also if I miss the call and I was on break so it send the email notification as well so I get to know someone trying to connect with me

Click to call feature, bulk dialing, call recording feature.

They’re similar, but not the same type of product. Both offer great flexibility for a business.
