As Fresa Team is also from freight forwarding industry, most of the solutions are already available in the software. Fresa blog has answers for most of the questions. All the doubts are cleared then and there because they are arranging daily training sessions (5pm IST).

It gives you a ton of options and nice features that are always innovative, never gets behind, and the technology is up to date. That is a strong point because it receives updates all the time and the app almost never crashes, instead it provides you with also constant assistance from their Help team.

• Customers are getting on-time invoices and outstanding which is very useful to collect the revenue on time.
• Credit Customers are restricted if they have over due - this will be useful to avoid focusing on non-paid customers
• All communications are available in one system with user name and date/time - disputes are recorded for future reference

• Accuracy: We have been struggling with several apps, but P44 can show us exactly what we need to see, locations.
• ETA: P44 is able to calculate estimated time of arrival, and that's nice.
• ELD: It can connect to trucks computer, and that helped us a lot.
