Overall Satisfaction with project44
P44 gives us a bunch of options to keep our float tracked in a timely manner, with options such as ELD or GPS tracking. We have been able to send the application to our drivers and they can just keep it in their smartphones so we can stay connected all time.
Pros
- GPS tracking, provides accurate information where the drivers are.
- ELD connection, it can connect to any truck's computer.
- Road information, it can provide with information about the road conditions.
Cons
- Consistency: We have been struggling with the application.
- User friendly application: Needs an improvement for elderly people.
- Light Dark mode: They should provide a dark mode because drivers use to work during the nights.
- Accuracy: We have been struggling with several apps, but P44 can show us exactly what we need to see, locations.
- ETA: P44 is able to calculate estimated time of arrival, and that's nice.
- ELD: It can connect to trucks computer, and that helped us a lot.
It gives you a ton of options and nice features that are always innovative, never gets behind, and the technology is up to date. That is a strong point because it receives updates all the time and the app almost never crashes, instead it provides you with also constant assistance from their Help team.
