Germain UX vs. Oracle Real User Experience Insight (discontinued)

It is used in our company for monitoring and analysing purpose. It has so many other options like SSH/alerts and click automation is adding so much to this software. Also it has lots of features which is so overwhelming sometimes but useful. It is inappropriate when you try to use plug in scripts in Germain APM.

It supports multiple state-of-the-art technologies for data collection. It can support passive, zero-touch network data collection as well as various forms of Browser and Server instrumentation. The business, therefore, needs to start monitoring the experience of the real user. They need to set up Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that reflect the experience of the end-user. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) also need to be set up particularly at the business services level, in addition to the normal SLAs set up for the infrastructure availability and performance.

Germain APM and Sauce Labs can be used for different purposes and are well-suited for teams with specific needs. We were looking for a platform that is easy to use, has low barriers to entry, and offers a lot of customization, flexibility, and integration options then after researching we started using the Germain APM software. Because it has so much specifications.
