Pros	The recordings, so we can have the recordings. It's very easy to start up Google Meet. As it is integrated with Slack, so you can just put the command and you'll have a Google Meet start instantly. We also have the Gemini notes added to it. Cons	There is no hand raise feature in a normal account on Google Meet, unlike in Zoom where participants can raise hands in meetings hosted from a normal account. Likelihood to Renew	Google Hangouts Meet is easy to use and easy to access. I've experienced very few technical issues compared to other similar software options. It's a little less formal than Microsoft Teams but makes it easy to access other google items such as google drive and google docs. Meeting in hangout gives you an easy-to-use hub to not only meet for planning or team-building purposes but to easily share information that can help you with your meeting goals. Support Rating	Google does a great job of providing tech support for this product, as it does many others. Similarly, Google has FAQs that cover a large amount of issues faced by users. Return on Investment	It's definitely the way that we engage with our customers and each other. So I think it's really good that it can help you bring remote people together and feel like you've met with them online. And then when you meet them in person you're like, this tracks, this definitely coincides with who I saw online.
