Goolara Symphonie vs. PostUp

Goolara comes with awesome features like A/B Splits, Dynamic Content, Triggered Email and more. The highlight is that Goolara provides all these enterprise-level email marketing features within an affordable price range. Goolara works well in data control like archiving, custom tables, dashboard controls and segmentation. There is another notable feature is "Fix After Sending". If you make a mistake while sending the email, Goolara will let you fix it even after you have started sending.

For what we are using the service for, it accomplishes everything that we need. We use it across a couple departments and it is very easy to keep track of everything scheduled so there is no confusion. We started using it at the beginning of the year and it's become very simple to navigate, which is great. That makes it much easier for me to train people how to use it.

• It is set up in a way that is very easy to learn how to use.
• The features cover everything I can even imagine for what I am using it for.

• There was a recent update they did that was sort of hard to get adjusted to, things weren't in the same spot as normal and it was sort of difficult learning where things were located now.
• It only shows you 7 mailings at a time by default, it would be nice to be able to change the default setting to whatever is preferred.
• In the "server" I wish there was a way to filter by department, not just by users.

We tried both MailChimp and SendPulse. SendPulse should improve the autocomplete fields and it comes with fewer templates. MailChimp lacks in more integration with other programs and software. Once you create a template on MailChimp, it seems difficult to edit. Goolara works perfectly with auto-responders, has an advanced bounce tracking system, mailing frequency limits, and more. I'm sure you won't regret once you are ready to set with Goolara.

• All in One Email tool. We won't need another tool for the same functionalities.
• Powerful built-in visual editors help us to work in the same place without navigation to other pages.
• Calendar Dashboard lets us see all future work at a glance.

• It makes scheduling emails very easy.
• It was very easy to learn how to use/get adjusted to.
• We are able to keep track of scheduled mailings across all departments which is very convenient.
