It really comes down to the fact that it is easy to use for our employees and that makes my job easier.

Much of the front-end employee onboarding is handled via a simple link. Further, when the employees have questions about their time, schedule, pay stubs, etc., they know they can log in to Workforce and 9 times out of 10 get the answer to their question. It has saved me a lot of time in that aspect.

• Their mobile app makes it easy for FSA reimbursements to the end user. Snap a shot of the EOB with your phone and upload it for payment.
• They have push reporting that makes the accounting process simple to reconcile.
• HRA claims only require a receipt and one form submited via fax or email to get paid.

• I would like to see a mobile app for the HRA process.
• Adding in a field for the date and reason of job separation with a confirmation of some sort instead of an email/messaging type method would be more user friendly.

• Time off requests can get a little confusing, especially for hourly employees who may not be scheduled for 8 hours, but the default time off is set to 8 hours. I wish it matched their schedules because I have to correct time balances a lot.

Very easy and intuitive to use. Easy to get people started without a steep learning curve. Able to track changes.

Quickbooks Online Payroll is so much simpler, better suited for business with regular salary or hourly employees that do not have different work schedules

• Group Dynamic has taken the burden of record keeping and compliance out of our hands and has cut our risk of audit penalties to zero.
