I was awarded a gift card for performance at work and was to access the reward quickly. In both cases, it was easy and seamless for both sender and receiver. Pros	Wide Variety of options on which to use the allotted gift card. Easy method of delivery (e-mail). Can choose whether to have the manager make the allocations, or allow team members to send them directly.
