I think it is well suited for the request types we get and our experience with VV has been seamless.

• Secure, HIPAA-compliant.
• Native telehealth visits integrated in system.
• AI scribe tool works well and fills out charting notes.

• Reporting is terrible. You have to select filters, generate reports, and download them. Limited reporting options: you cannot create reports from all the data.
• No integrated phone (outbound and inbound), so providers can stay on the platform without using their personal phones.
• No integration with AI tools for analytics and workflow optimization.
• Workflows are not very customizable.
• Cannot integrate with marketing automation tools and does not have marketing automation built into the system.

• It would be great if Vault Verify could have a template to verify/complete the Public Service Loan Forgiveness forms, since those have to be on specific forms.

Vault Verify has been the best company to work with. The implementation was so easy, quick, and smooth, the customer service is beyond that of other HRIS systems, and the level of trust with I have for Vault Verify to handle our verifications of employment are beyond what my expectations were. All of this and we get money back for every verification that is comppleted was almost too good to be true, but it is true! I recommend this company to everyone who asks! I work with a lot of vendors and they are by far the best

Providers and patients do not find the interface intuitive, and we often have to call them to guide them through it. We have had to create detailed videos and guides to instruct our providers.

We evaluated Jane and SimplePractice. EHR had more features and was cheaper.

The verification data is pulled on demand with Vault Verify. When using The Work Number by Equifax, the data was only pulled 2 times a month, so we would still get requests for more up-to-date verifications.

• We run our entire services business on it, so it accounts for 75% of our revenue. We could not do this without an EHR.
