Big companies which have huge data and needs to add heavy data everyday, Turbohire won't be effective for such companies. Such companies need reports on each and every big and minute things which is missing in this ATS.

• Sometimes it won't show a candidate while searching from emailid or mobile number, which creates duplicity.
