Hook Security vs. PhishingBox

Hooks has allowed us to be a bit more agile in our training and testing with phishing scams. Hooks reports allow us to identify people who we need more help to identifying phishing emails. By implementing the the monthly phishing campaigns, we can then provide specific training for individual facing issues in particular areas

I can't tell the countless amounts of time where I struggled to see the issues with an email. The spam emails are very real and sometimes hard to detect. Something I really enjoyed were the test emails to see if the employees are flagging problematic emails. I always err on the side of caution but you get wrapped up in emails and crank them out, sometimes it can be tough to tell. In this circumstance of not seeing the clear signs that it's fraud, PhishingBox was really helpful to have.

• Hooks make it easy to generate the reports and gives a through breakdown of campaign details.
• Users are become more aware of potential threats and avoid them.
• It integrated easily with O365 deployment.

• It would be nice to be able to customize templates even more and brand them.
• Automatic course enrollment for new employees should be simplified.
• Interface could be more streamlined.

I like the ease ability of PhishingBox and I also felt like we got more training when we were using PhishingBox

• Well basically to have people trained is the most positive impact of the software.
• The template library makes our employees know about different types of phishing attacks.
• The ROI is clear, avoiding a phishing attack is enough to pay the software.
