Aruba Wireless works quite well and is stable for enterprise. Once it's running, it works. Once you have it set up, you don't normally need to go in and make changes. Aruba is particularly good on pushing clients to use 5ghz (they say they use some kind of a proprietary algorithm). It may not be appropriate for smaller businesses due to cost and complexity

    Oracle
It's good for environments that need to operate 24/7 due to its stability, as I mentioned before. It's also very good for enterprise applications that can't afford unscheduled downtime, for truly high-priority environments. I don't think it would be recommended for small companies with people who have no prior knowledge of the tool, as the learning curve is quite steep.

    Cons
    Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE)
    • Documentation on Aruba website is very lacking
    • Support is hit-or-miss - they may waste a lot of time before you get to someone who has a solution
    • Some configuration items are very non-intuitive

Stress testing and timing is key. You need test systems that mirror the live environments. User testing must be reflected in peak loads.

Aruba does quite a good job with GUI configuration, especially with AOS 8 - something that Cisco struggles with (maybe they came up with something new now). Aruba can also easily scale. While not on the same level, Ubiquiti has a good GUI but is lacking a good standard controller - users have to stand their own.

We used Windows Server quite a bit because of the ease of use for the team, file sharing, Active Directory, and systems integrated with Windows; learning was easier, and the interface was more user-friendly. On the other hand, Oracle stood out for its stability because we provide services that keep environments up and running 24/7.
