Ideagen CompliSpace is great for keeping track of regular updates and reports with set repeating tasks for each user and team to keep up with. Where it falls short is the lack of feedback from the user to admin where external programs or solutions need to be used to keep the scope of tasks updated or changed.

• Add a client module, Hyperproof have existing Vendor Module. Its will be good if they add a client module too.
• Pricing Point :-)
• These are the only two the I can think of for now, overall we are satisfied with Hyperproof.

The tool is very simple, SaaS platform. There's areas for improvements like SCIM is desperately needed but overall it performs well

I think there are still some rooms for improvement and updates to it but there are not any obvious or painful shortcomings that cause a disruption to regular workflow from what I've used it for.
