iAnnotate vs. PageProof

PageProof is great for medium sized companies where there are a lot of work shared between departments. It would be ideal for a designer, for example, who creates sell sheets and other marketing materials to be used by the sales team and needs their input along the way. Maybe PageProof wouldn't be as necessary for smaller teams who work within themselves and for companies where it's hard to solidify a workflow because it only works when everybody agrees to use it.

PageProof is very user-friendly and easy to get started. It doesn't get cluttered with a lot of menus and options, and I really appreciate the clean and simple design. the flow is intuitive, and I think the design will not deter anybody from using it. Even the most tech-averse members of our team were able to learn very quickly.
