Intersystems IRIS is a really great tool for Interoperability. It has so many capabilities out of the box and then such a great developer community on top of that, that there are really no limits to what you can do in terms of data manipulation and translation. Personally I find it to be a great tool if you are looking for Interoperability software.

Data integration from different data sources, this is for all the data in silos unification.
With centralized governance, we can unify all policies because the data is centralized, making governance much simpler.
Storage cost: we can reduce the cost of moving data, including historical data, from expensive data warehouses or cloud services and improve connectivity.

IBM's watsonx data integration effectively combines the data across various platforms to give the organization a consolidated view, which is valuable. The value proposition continues to scale with AI Capabilities being introduced alongside the versatile and reliable data tool kit. Future conversations will revolve around the integration of Agents and Data.

After it is configured the regular operation is very user friendly and intuitive. The Data Lakehouse console makes it easy for Data Analysts who are novice Data Infrastructure. Why i did not give it a 10 is because configuring engine settings and connecting hybrid or on prem environments takes a bit of time to learn

The InterSystems WRC has always been helpful and responsive. The folks I have spoken with are always understanding of our needs and questions and regardless of if the question is simple or complex we are always met with the same professionalism and helpfulness every time. I have no hesitations contacting InterSystems for help!
The key insights related to watsonx data would be related to the ability to integrate data sources from cross-functional streams with ease, capturing real-time insights from the consolidated data streams, and leveraging agentic capabilities to gather actionable steps across the fragmented data lakes. These initiatives provided immense value from a broader organizational standpoint.

IBM watsonx.data integration is very favorable due to its strong data governance, metadata management and integration capabilities. It enable us to consolidate data from multiple clinical and operational sources, also it automates workflows and improves data quality.

We are using InterSystems IRIS [especially] for database operations as the query performance is really good for [a large] amount of customer data. You can easily integrate for any application like web, desktop, and many more. It also provides BI functionality which is also very easy to implement using InterSystems IRIS[.]
Operational Efficiency: reduced time spent on manual data consolidation. This likely makes it 40% faster for the analytics teams to work with.
Team productivity and interdepartmental collaboration have eliminated repetitive ad hoc data requests and enabled all business units to self-serve analytics.
Risk mitigation, centralized governance, and security policies reduce compliance errors and make it easier to detect breaches and other issues.
