Ideagen Procedure Management vs. Voxco Survey Software

Prior platforms wouldn't allow custom expiry dates for uploaded certificates. Op Central allows us to adjust this based on when team memeber uploaded completed the relative course or noted expiry of their licence. Could have better function for custom fields that can be tailored to different roles/groups and by location. We have many team members who are not require to have certain documents uploaded they have the custom field shown on their profiles due to there not being any target options

It's made for surveys...just like Survey Monkey or SurveyGizmo and very similar to them as well. I just don't know about how the cost compares.

• Has a simple and cleanly laid out website making function and projects easy to fine.
• Reporting and analysis functions are easy to find and understand.
• Has a nice feature in the reporting that automatically reorders response categories so they are always from max to min.

• Easy formatting - allowing the screen to expand when creating a document
• Provide hardcopies of updfating documents that are not watermarked to be used if there were ever an issue with accessing the platform.

Ideagen Op Central is a very intuitive and functional program

Previously using World Manager, we would constantly have to flip between 3 different variations depending on brand. Ideagen Op Central now has everything built into one convenient location that is user friendly and easy to use.

Very similar to SurveyMonkey and SurveyGizmo. They all have some minor differences and it makes you wish you could own all of them to get every function you would need.

• Allows all brands to be housed on one platform rather than across 3
• Mitigates the manual labour in preparing policies, converting to PDF, loading and then notifying teams of changes
