Infor Expense Management vs. Marqeta

It is very useful to plan travel management where it addresses all the aspects including payment, report, notification on time, etc. It meets our requirement so I have no negative comments to put.

Great platform for FinTechs that want to build a global business in one place. Lots of control available to run a card program. If you want to do less work (just get cards for your customers with less customization and not worry about details) there are better options.

• Overall it is good comes with mobile version as well.
• Enhancement can be made by auto suggesting the things at different levels.

The support team has been excellent and very responsive. Whenever we had issues and reached out, we were able to resolve most problems within 24 hours. I think it really helps that they are still a new-ish startup and are very hands-on with their business and with support.

We were using Concur Travel and Expenses to track our expenses and also having travelling expenses logged in and it was a good tool. Infor Expense Management was a better tool in terms of the functionalities features and makes it easy for a new person to get quickly accustomed to it without much training needed

We evaluated a couple back in 2018 (GPS and Galileo), but I'm not sure that is relevant anymore.

• Our entire card payments business runs on Marqeta and Marqeta's cost is a fraction of the revenue provided.
• Costs very reasonable at scale.
