We issue credit cards to users in Europe and the US on Marqeta's processing platform.

  • Global reach - one integration for many countries.
  • Support their legacy software more
  • Risk Control
  • Visa API connections
  • Our entire card payments business runs on Marqeta and Marqeta's cost is a fraction of the revenue provided.
  • Costs very reasonable at scale.
We evaluated a couple back in 2018 (GPS and Galileo), but I'm not sure that is relevant anymore.

Great platform for FinTechs that want to build a global business in one place. Lots of control available to run a card program. If you want to do less work (just get cards for your customers with less customization and not worry about details) there are better options.
