Infor Human Resources vs. Lanteria HR

It is a software that I faithfully recommend to HR managers, as it generates productivity for employees, the data recording is accurate, from the entry to the exit of the workers, the payroll management is excellent, it is a software-based on the cloud, generates productivity and the information recorded by the system is true, employees are motivated to be better because this system records their data.

Lanteria HR is great for an HR department that's trying to get away from managing multiple spreadsheets or archaic systems. It allows you to store all your data in-house so it's not stored on some cloud server/service. Reporting and workflow setups are great and since it uses SharePoint, Active Directory integration works great as well.

• End to end HRMS features that eases the workload at HR departments.
• Smoothly integrates with Microsoft Office and SharePoint intranets.
• Enables HR departments strenghts.
• Includes a Learning (LMS) platform.

• The only flaw we've found in Infor HCM is how slow the tech support is, they're not really fast when we need help.

• As much as I like the reporting, it could be a little more flexible. Can't add interview notes to reporting.
• Built on SharePoint, so any functionality limitations of SharePoint are going to be there.
• Support is great, but at times language barrier can be a little challenging.
• Had a bad experience with the US Sales team here. Wasn't responsive but finally got someone from another region to help us.

• Infor HCM is accessible software, it generates productivity, boosts individual effort, records data automatically and with accurate information, it really is a necessary software to evaluate the performance of employees and generate productivity among them.
