Insightpool Ads Optimization vs. Sampler

I recommend Insightpool for anyone looking to build and maintain a relevant follower pool on Twitter as well as anyone that wishes to use Twitter for event recruitment, white paper downloads, etc. With a small team, I strongly recommend the full-service model, especially when you first get started. It's like having an in-house social team when you opt for full-service and has enabled us to do much more on Twitter than was previously possible with our small team.

I have a skincare mini set and would like to partner with Sampler. However, they cannot come up with an immediate solution to suit my sampling needs. This means that their operations are sometimes limited by their current capacity. If the product is of small size, it seems that they are always ready for service.

• The personalized and targeted approach is well-received and prompts engagement from the people we care about.

• The sampler provides great quality sample products with blazingly fast delivery, ensuring we can try various products whenever we want.
• I get to try new brands without wasting the whole product if I don't like using the product. So it is eco-friendly in that way by reducing chemical waste.
• It helps the professionals who are in business administration responsibility, to make a perfect and apt purchase, without any miss.
• One get to learn about a lot of new products, trying them and end up being loyal to the brand/product. So Sampler helps in establishing the necessary customer acquisition part for a new brand.

• Initial iterations of the tool were buggy and not all that intuitive, which is why we moved to a full-service model. More recent releases are much more intuitive and less buggy.
• The tool was limited before its ability to search Twitter steams, but now with stream search, we do not feel hindered in anyway.
• Personally, I'm not a fan of public message targeting. Use with caution. The DM feature works great and is very well received by our audience however.

• The number of membership tiers should be increased so that users can select from a wider variety of monthly samples.
• Items that are popular quickly disappear.
• Item tracking could be improved. Emails are sometimes delayed/slow.

Just renewed for the rest of the year. Pricing is very reasonable especially when you compare it to the cost of paid Twitter campaigns. And, Insightpool campaigns have consistently outperformed direct Twitter campaigns.

We've used sponsored Tweets via Twitter directly with limited success. We don't see the same level of engagement or types of followers with paid Twitter promos as we do with Insightpool campaigns. Additionally, we receive a fair amount of negative feedback when we use sponsored tweets as they tend not to be as targeted as running Insightpool campaigns

The market for sample-type websites is very fluid. There are many companies that pop up one day, then all of a sudden disappear. Sampler has been around for multiple years and has kept the same business model. They're not perfect, but their longevity and their relaxed nature with reviews are why many like them. Whereas other sample and review outlets require customers to write reviews or have items that many customers simply do not want.

• Not just more Twitter followers, but more RELEVANT Twitter followers and more engaged followers from our target audience.
• A great tool for prospecting and event recruitment at key industry events.
• Effective at amplifying content distribution, especially when content is related to key industry events.

• It allows me to learn about new products before I buy them
• It gives me confidence in purchasing products that I have already tried.
• I help companies to improve the experience and appearance of their products.
