RQ is great for pulling sales and tax-related information. Inventory tracking depends on manual entry being done correctly.

• The system was particularly useful during the coronavirus pandemic as it helped foster communication between colleagues and allowed us to create various fun and interactive morale-boosting activities.
• The service desk is responsive and Interact is quick to point out any service issues.

• Users have too much freedom to change key reporting information.
• It has a hard time compiling large amounts of data.

Interact is great for basic integrated quizzes and forms. The other tools are much more robust in terms of mobile friendliness, integrated payment steps, file upload, Google Tag Manager integration (track and segment via your favorite marketing automation platform), etc. Typeform is a much more robust platform.

Deltek is better for financial reporting. RQ has superior inventory and COGS tracking.

• Effective in reporting sales and tax collected for sales and use filing
• Reports sales with cost of goods to give correct net sales numbers
