Overall Satisfaction with Interact Software

Interact is easy to use, and quite intuitive, and the system allows us to have a global intranet that provides information to our employee base in various regions. Interact also makes several updates, so I feel like we always get the latest and greatest.
  • The system was particularly useful during the coronavirus pandemic as it helped foster communication between colleagues and allowed us to create various fun and interactive morale-boosting activities.
  • The service desk is responsive and Interact is quick to point out any service issues.
  • A deeper analysis to cover the content life cycle would be useful.
  • From an administrative perspective, it is sometimes difficult to navigate to the settings you need to find.
  • It's so intuitive and easy to use that we can do whatever we imagine in our heads! So many cool features and widgets to choose from, and the flexibility is great.
  • Interact has created a great intranet application, packed with great features.
  • In my very particular opinion, we can say that this tool has not generated any negative aspect for us, so we are comfortable.
