isLucid vs. Marsview

isLucid transcription tool helped me with managing meetings and highlighting important details. During the meeting I could say some specific keywords that made specific parts and saying into notes that after the meeting I can find in meeting file. Also it is a great functionality and ease of use at a reasonable price.

I believe communicating effectively is 99 percent of the battle in the field that we are in. I believe that understanding what people are saying and how they are saying it is crucial. I feel Marsview helps us become even better at helping our clients, because it allows us to listen in an enhanced way to properly service our clients.

I think it holds its own and then some. I believe Marsview picks their lane and really is effective at doing the things we want the software to do. Call transcription is important to me, and I feel that they are the best by far at what they do, and it is not even close. I picked Marsview for cost purposes, but by no means do I feel the quality is lost. It is great.
